Interview with a Homeschooler
During this time at home, we have so many opportunities to get to know each other a little better. Have you taken the time out to ask your children what they think about life? About society? About their world? I interviewed my 7 year old to see what she really thinks about homeschooling. Here are her answers:
What is your name? My name is Aria.
How old are you? I am 7 years old.
What is your favorite color? Turquoise.
What is favorite animal? I like all of them.
What is your favorite thing to do? Study.
What do you like learning about? I like looking at things and learning from them.
What do you like about homeschooling? That homeschool sometimes have parties (lol).
What would you like to learn about? I like to learn about lava, volcanoes and tar.
What is your favorite subject? Reading.
What has been your favorite homeschool experience so far? Recess and parties.
What has been your favorite field trip so far? Of course the pumpkin patch, that was soooo fun! THE PUMPKIN PATCH!
What has been your favorite class so far? The Lab & Threefold Village (drop-off homeschool programmes, The Lab is now closed).
What is your favorite homeschool group? Threefold Village and POC Valley group.
Who is your favorite teacher? Mrs. Hart (Threefold Village) and Teacher Terra (Inspire Charter school).
Is there anything else you would like to share about your homeschooling experience? Hmmm...nope.

This was a fun activity for us to do while at home. It was also created different way for us to connect with each other and allow me to get to know my 7 year old a little more. Have a go at interviewing your child just for fun on a topic of your choice! Feel free to share your interview below.
