Jennifer Griffin, one of HSC's many Phone Line Volunteers, and her husband Gary, have been homeschooling her son and daughter (ages 14 & 12) for seven years. She has a background in Biotech and then became a paralegal, but prioritized homeschooling before launching that career. She loves knitting, amateur radio (call sign KM6LRD), and leading her daughter's Girl Scout Troop. She also volunteers as member of her local Community Emergency Response Team. She enjoys answering questions about homeschooling in California on our phone line and helping families new to homeschooling gain confidence so they can be successful. We couldn’t do what we do without the support of volunteers like Jennifer, and we want to thank her for all she does!
Volunteers/Board Opening: We are always happy to add more enthusiastic homeschoolers to our team, and we also have one board position to fill. Build skills and make friends while supporting homeschoolers.
