Vida John, HSC Phone Line volunteer and host of math workshops at HSC's Conference,serves the homeschooling community as a math teacher, tutor, and coach. She describes herself as a "true believer", having researched it while her kids were in preschool, and never enrolling them in 'ordinary school.' Now that her kids are older, she gives back to HSC for all the help she received. Vida loves the Phone Line; "It's so much fun when I see an unfamiliar number on my cell phone, I put on my walking shoes and headset, and I walk and talk about homeschooling." We couldn’t do what we do without the support of volunteers like Vida, and we want to thank her for all she does!

Homeschooling Community, we see you! During the Coronavirus crisis, many of you have really stepped up to share your vast knowledge of homeschooling with the school parent community all over the world.
